Dr. Michael Jacobsen founded the practice in 1999, with the mindset of providing the best orthodontic care in a calm and homey environment. Dr. Imad Maleeh first met Dr. Jacobsen as his orthodontic patient in 2001. Dr. Maleeh decided to pursue the path of orthodontics after an inspirational treatment experience. Bringing the story full circle, Dr. Maleeh returned to his hometown and took over the practice in 2019. Dr. Jacobsen still covers the practice when Dr. Maleeh needs him to do so, a testament to their strong and long-lasting friendship
